To qualify, if you live in Oregon, you must heat your home with electricity or natural gas provided in the list below;

- NW Natural
- Cascade Natural Gas
- Avista
For people who are not customers of one of these companies, please consult your local energy company or you may contact us.
How Much Can I Get?
Oregon
- For U-value must be between .027 – .023 $1.00 psf of windows installed
- For U-value must be 0.22 or less: $1.50 psf of windows installed
