Energy Trust of Oregon offers cash incentives and free resources to help make your home energy upgrades more affordable.
To qualify, if you live in Oregon, you must heat your home with electricity or natural gas provided by Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural, Cascade Natural Gas, or Avista.
$4.00 per square foot of windows installed, U-Value 0.27 or less
$1.75 per square foot of windows installed, U-Value 0.28 - 0.30

Washington homeowners that heat their homes with natural gas provided by Northwest Natural can also qualify for energy-saving home upgrades through the Energy Trust of Oregon.
Just like Oregon, you will get $4.00 per square foot of windows cash back using product with a U-Value of 0.27 or less. For window products with a U-Value of 0.28 - 0.30, you are eligible to receive $1.75 per square foot of windows cash back in your pocket.

Homeowners using Portland General Electric (PGE) or Pacific Power are eligible to receive an upfront cash-incentive. Currently, you are able to get back up to $3,600 at $450 per kilowatt (kW). For example, if you purchase a 4.2 kW solar electric system, you will receive $1,890 back.
Business owners may also receive cash-incentives back when they switch to generate their own solar electricity. The incentive is structured on a sliding scale to benefit businesses that choose larger systems.
